Rental Boat Policy,

You receive the Rental Boat full of fuel. At the end of the rental, I fill it up and that's what is billed. You are only paying for what was used.
A waiver from us is to be filled out.

Do I Need a Georgia Boater Education Certificate?
​
Yes. Georgia law requires anyone born on or after January 1, 1998, who operates a motorized boat, to successfully complete a Georgia DNR-approved Boater Education Course and carry proof of completion while boating.

Yes, but you'll have to take them home whole as there are no cleaning stations on the lake.
