About the Captain

Hi, I’m Marty, owner of Lake Lanier Fishing Co.

I’m a retired City of Roswell Police Department police officer, certified rescue swimmer, law enforcement diver, SWAT Operator, and USCG (6 pack) Captains License in Aug 2004. My commitment and a lifelong passion for being on the water is truly who I am.

I’ve spent years navigating Lake Lanier, guiding fishermen, operating boats, and helping people safely enjoy everything the lake has to offer. Whether you’re an experienced angler or it’s your first fishing trip, my goal is to provide a safe, relaxed, and memorable experience for everyone onboard.

From guided fishing adventures to boat rentals, I take pride in offering dependable service, local knowledge, and a laid-back atmosphere where customers can simply enjoy their day on the lake.
